An Uploading Victory

Maris Soule finally figured out how to upload (and have accepted) the e-book version of Lyon’s Pride, her Silhouette Romance originally published in 1993. Her cover artist came up with a great new cover for the book. Maris declares she has discovered she loves long-haired men. Stop by her website and take a look. http://marissoule.com

Double Wins

Writing as Anna Taylor, Anna Taylor Sweringen won third place in the romantic suspense category of CIMRWA’s (that’s the Cultural, Interracial, and Multicultural Special Interest Chapter of Romance Writers of America) Elevation of Love contest with Healing Grace and won first place in the historical category with A Pearl of Great Price

Salon Participant

Christa Sinclair has been asked to participate in the “Heart of ATX” Reading Salon in November in Buda, Texas. She’ll get to read a snippet of her book, Fugitive Pursuit, and share the stage with Kristan Higgins and Sophie Jordan! Per Christa, “It’s a local art and gifts gallery that hosts a romance reading salon every six months or so. Author Cathy Maxwell organizes it and lines up three authors to read from their own works and talk a bit about the romance genre. It’s a fairly new event…(she thinks) the main goal is to show readers that the romance novels of today are much more than the ‘bodice-rippers’ of old.”
