KOD Book In A Week January Closed Out Strong!
CONGRATULATIONS TO BOTH TEAMS!! The total word count from everyone came to 231,685 words! That’s the equivalent of three 77,000+ word novels in a week or a NANO 50,000 word novel every day and half. We had 27 participants in two teams. The Orange Team led by Jacki Renee wrote 134,384 words and the Green Team led by Jennifer Perkins wrote 97,301 words. Ember Stokes chaired the event. We want to thank everyone for being part of this program. We hope it was as much fun for every one of the participants as it was for us. Be on the lookout for the signup link for the April 12-19 BIAW event. Once again we’ll do writing sprints on Facebook and have an email chat capability on Groups.io. If you have experience with BIAW, then consider being a team leader. We could use more teams to make it more interesting.
