So Many Words

Kathy Crouch reached her Camp NaNoWriMo goal of 15,000 words on April 24, six days ahead of schedule. A low goal due to work and other things that still worked. She hasn’t validated it yet, she wants to keep adding words currently as of Wednesday, it’s at 15,055 words.

Triple Excitement

Lynda Rees’ new mystery, Real Money, Book 9 in The Bloodline Series, launches May 9.

Real Estate Agent Chloe Roberts lands in an assassin’s crosshairs, when she uncovers shady family secrets. Chloe’s fiancé disappears without a trace. Returning to Sweetwater, Kentucky to establish a new life in her hometown, she is pursued by a married ex-boyfriend, a billionaire developer and stalked by a jealous female. Her discovery of a murder victim interrupts her budding relationship with adorable Deputy Leo Sanders, and he may lose her. Prime suspects are Chloe’s wealthy client and a former gangster, presumed long dead; but Chloe is the next target.

Per Lynda: Best review ever!   “I have slowed down a lot, but live vicariously through books. Books like yours, and Janet Evanovich, and Sue Grafton. Thank you for your books and sharing them with all of us. Enjoy your critters and your farm.  From an avid reader, Thank GOD, Sincerely Nancy Anderson

Such great company to be in and I’m awed being compared to these writers.”
