Podcast Fun

Ali Frugis was recently interviewed for Heaving Bosom’s “Ask a Badass” podcast. She talked about a lot of random things, including how she got into romance, what authors she loves, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator personality inventory, etc. According to her, it was all very silly and a lot of fun. They briefly touched upon writing, but it was mostly talk about romance and other goofy things.

And She Cooks Too

After getting her rights back to And He Cooks Too, Barbara Barrett has reedited and indie-published her stand-alone contemporary romance about a chef who is forced to find a new outlet for her culinary skills when she’s blacklisted from the Big Apple’s top restaurants by her former boss. This time around, Barbara included recipes for dishes mentioned in the story. Testing these dishes required she do some of her own cooking to assure the ingredients listed and instructions worked, almost a bigger challenge than reediting.

The new cover was created by Chris Kridler of Sky Diary Productions. To see it and read the blurb, go to Barbara’s website: https://barbarabarrettbooks.com/and-he-cooks-too-2/
